网络用户信息获取中信息素养障碍分析——以核工业西南物理研究院为例

摘　　要：分析了网络信息获取应采取的原则,提出用户自身信息素养落后是导致信息获取障碍的根本原因,从信息意识、心理片面性、信息资源状况认识、语言、现代信息技术的掌握等方面阐述网络信息获取中的信息素养障碍,提出提高信息素养的培养方案。This article analyzed the principles of network information access, and put forward that users＇ low information lit- eracy was the cause of information access barriers. Then it introduced the barriers from information consciousness, psychological one-sidedness, information resource situation awareness, language and mastery of modem informa- tion technology, and proposed the cultivation schemes to improve information literacy.
