摘  要:采用腐蚀失重法,研究了化学镀镍液组分和工艺参数对镁合金腐蚀的影响。结果表明:镁合金在蒸馏水和次磷酸钠溶液中的腐蚀较小,而在乳酸溶液中的腐蚀较严重;镀液中的Ni 2+和SO2-4对镁合金的腐蚀较大。同时,腐蚀速率随温度的升高而加剧,随pH值的增加而减小。腐蚀时间也影响着镁合金的直接化学镀镍。若要减小镁合金的腐蚀,则化学镀初期形成致密镍层的时间越短越好。Effects of electroless nickel plating solution composition and process parameters on the corrosion of magnesium alloy were studied using corrosion weightlessness method. Results showed that the corrosion of magnesium alloy was slight in distilled water and sodium hypophosphite solution, while severe in lactic acid solution. Ni2+ and SO4^2- have obvious effect on the corrosion of magnesium alloy. Meanwhile, corrosion rate increased with the temperature rising, while decreased with the pH value increasing. Corrosion time also affected the direct electroless nickel plating of magnesium alloy, and it was found that shortening the time of forming a dense nickel layer in initial stage of eleetroless nickel plating was benefit to moderate the corrosion of magnesium alloy.
