摘  要:为了现场检测不同电压等级下电涌保护器(SPD)的冲击动作特性,本文设计出了一套新型0-10k V连续可调便携式组合波发生器。该装置采用了变频与倍压相结合的设计思路,引入了直流斩波、串联谐振以及倍压电路的优化等技术,具有重量轻、体积小和成本低等优势,可方便有效地对SPD进行现场性能测试,确保其安全可靠地运行。In order to test the operating characteristics of the Surge Protection Device(SPD) under surges of different voltage on the scene, we designed a novel set of portable combination wave generator which can adjust the voltage from 0 to 10 k V continuously. This device adopted the design idea of combining the frequency conversion and the voltage doubling, and included some technologies such as direct current chopping, series-resonant, optimizing of the voltage doubling and so on. The device has advantages of light weight, small volume and low cost, and can test the performance of the SPD on the scene conveniently and effectively to ensure safe and reliable operation of the SPD.
