摘　　要：上海市老年人口内部格局的变化对于社区居家养老服务中的医疗服务提出了新要求。本文通过对上海市医疗服务的现状进行分析,思考优质医疗服务存在的问题,并且借鉴美国PACE模式,对如何改进上海市医疗护理服务进行进一步的思考。The change of the internal pattern of the aged population in Shanghai has put forward new require- ments for the medical service in the home service for the community. By analyzing Shanghai medical service present situation analysis, this paper ponders the problems existing in quality medical service, and uses the PACE mode in America for reference so as to further think about how to improve the medical care service in Shanghai.
