体育现代化进程中群众体育发展的审视

摘　　要：采用文献资料、实践调研等研究方法,分析了体育现代化进程中群众体育发展的突出矛盾与问题,面临的机遇与挑战。在此基础上,探讨了当前群众体育发展的途径:努力在"融入"和"纳入"上做文章;积极开放教育系统体育设施,缓解群众体育设施不足的矛盾;注重体育设施的合理规划和高效利用,为民众运动健身提供方便,并对如何保障促进群众体育的可持续发展提出了建议。With methods of literature and investigation, the paper analyzes contradictions and problems, opportunities and challenges confronting the development of mass sports in sports modernization. Based on the analysis, the paper explores ways of developing mass sports as follows： working hard to ＂integrate＂ and ＂intake＂ ; actively open up sports facilities of education system to ease the contradiction of insufficient mass sports facilities ; pay attention to reasonable planning and efficient use of sports facilities to provide convenience for people doing exercise. Meanwhile, the paper also makes suggestions on promoting sustainable development of mass sports.
