山东省青少年网球运动管理现状及发展趋势研究

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等,研究了山东省青少年网球管理现状及发展趋势,研究结果表明:教练员选材依据主要是运动员"竞技比赛成绩",主要选材方法是"个人训练经验和指标测试";教练员多制定短期训练计划,缺乏对于运动员长期训练规划管理;青少年网球运动员学训冲突依旧突出,主要表现为训练和学习时间冲突。运动员原始参训动机为"个人兴趣动机",后过度为"升学动机"。山东省网球训练场地相对不足,且主要分布于高校;训练经费是制约青少年网球运动员训练的影响因素之一。发展趋势表现为科学性选材将更加重要,高校在青少年网球运动员培养过程作用将更加突出,体教结合模式是青少年网球运动员全面成长的必然途径。The paper studies the current situation of management and development trend of teenage tennis in Shandong province with methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. The results show that： coaches mostly select athletes according to their ＇ competitive competition results＇ and mainly based on ＂personal training experience and index test＂ ; coaches＇ focus on formulating short - term training programs lead to a lack of planning and management for athletes＇ long -term training; learning and training still conflicts among teenage tennis players, mostly in terms of time; athletes＇original training motivations of ＇personal interest＇ was replaced by ＇ motivation of going to a higher grade＇. Tennis training venues in Shandong province are relatively inadequate and most are in universities; training funds is one of factors limiting the training of teenage tennis players. Development trends show that： scientific selection will be more important, universities will play a more prominent role in bringing up teenage tennis players; the mode of combining sports with education is an inevitable way to achieve comprehensive development of tennis players.
