摘  要:利用氟表面活性剂FC-XF、Ⅱ型润湿性改变剂和两性表面活性剂APS复配制备了一种新型高界面活性助排剂,研究了体系组分含量对表/界面张力、接触角的影响及其内在机理,并与常规助排剂的助排效果进行了对比。结果表明,组成为0.1%APS、0.2%Ⅱ型润湿性改变剂和0.02%FCXF的混合体系具有21.7 m N/m和0.046 3 m N/m的低表/界面张力,并且与岩石达到接近中性润湿的接触角83°。这种新型高界面活性助排剂由于具有降低表/界面张力和改变岩石表面润湿性的双重作用,表现出优于在用常规助排剂的界面性能和助排效果。A cleanup additive with high interfacial activity is prepared by compounding of fluorinated surfactant FC-XF,Ⅱ-type wettability changing agent and amphoteric surfactant APS. Furthermore,the effects of the component contents of the cleanup additive on the surface / interfacial tension and the rock contact angle are investigated,and they are also compared with those of conventional cleanup additives. It is shown that the surface tension and the oil / water interfacial tension of the cleanup additive system composed of 0. 1%APS,0. 2% Ⅱ-type wettability changing agent and 0. 02% FC-XF are 21. 7 mN / m and 0. 046 mN / m respectively,and the contact angle between the system and rock is 83°,which is near to intermediate wettability level. Due to the dual functions of reducing the surface / interfacial tension and changing rock surface wettability,this cleanup additive with high interfacial activity has better interfacial property and cleanup efficiency than conventional cleanup additives.
