摘 要:采用序批式活性污泥法(SBR)和序批式生物膜法(SBBR)进行高含盐含甲醇废水的处理研究。以SV30、污水COD的去除率和污泥生物相的变化为指标来培养和驯化好氧污泥,驯化成熟时,污泥菌胶团均密实,微生物以轮虫、钟虫为主。当污泥驯化成熟后,进一步探索高盐浓度对生物相以及甲醇降解率的影响。投加Na Cl质量浓度为39 000 mg/L时,SBBR中甲醇降解率为93%,SBR中为80%,SBBR的处理效果好于SBR。The treatment of the methanol wastewater with high salinity using sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process( SBR) and sequencing batch biofilm reactor( SBBR) is studied. SV30,COD removal ratio and biofacies variation of the sludge are used as indexes in the cultivation and domestication process of the activated sludge. The formed zoogloea is dense,and the predominant species in the matured sludge are mainly rotifers and bell insect. After the sludge is acclimated mature,the effects of high salt content on the biofacies and the COD removal ratio are studied. It is shown that when the mass concentration of NaC l is 39 000 mg / L,the degradation ratio of methanol in MSBR is 93%,while the degradation ratio of methanol in SBR is 80%,which implies that the treatment result of the sludge in MSBR is better than that in SBR.
