摘  要:水电工程围堰属于临时性建筑物,其抗震安全性不为工程所重视,但在汶川地震中曾有工程因围堰震损而拖后工期.依托白鹤滩水电站大坝上游围堰,研究100m级高土石围堰可能具有的动力性质,一方面其堰高及体型可能导致自振周期与输入地震波的卓越周期较为接近而使得某些部位的加速度反应较大或防渗墙动应力偏大;另一方面防渗墙施工平台以下分区采用抛填施工,相对一般碾压施工的土石坝其下层较为松散,地震引起的围堰永久变形将较大.通过三维动力有限元分析对堰体、防渗墙动力反应及堰坡稳定性做了较深入研究,并对围堰及输入波的频谱特性做了详细分析,定量评价了围堰的抗震安全性.Because the cofferdams are temporary buildings;the engineering attention has not been turned to their seismic safety.But two cofferdams were damaged during Wenchuan earthquake and their construction periods were delayed.The 100 mheight cofferdam such as Baihetan may possess unique dynamic nature.On one hand,its height and body shape may cause vibration period to be close to the input wave predominant period.It leads to the acceleration response of some parts or impervious wall is too large.On the other hand,the permanent deformation of the cofferdam induced by earthquake because of the loose materials under impervious wall platform with filling construction can be much larger than conventional rolling earth-rock dam.By means of dynamic finite element analysis of dam,the dynamic response of cofferdam body,impervious wall and embankment slope are studied.The detailed analysis of spectrum characteristics of the cofferdam and input wave is completed.The quantitative assessment of seismic safety about the cofferdam is conducted at last.
