中间退火加热速率对Al-Mg-Si合金板织构及性能的影响

摘  要:通过拉伸实验、光镜观察、电镜观察以及EBSD测试等手段研究了中间退火加热速率对Al-Mg-Si合金板材组织、织构及力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用两种不同加热速率(快速和慢速)的中间退火方式会产生不同晶粒形态的中间退火显微组织。采用慢速加热中间退火热处理的T4P态(预时效加自然时效)合金板材的强度及应变强化指数n值与采用快速加热中间退火热处理的T4P态合金板材的基本相同,但Δr值要明显低于后者,且二者的力学性能均呈各向异性。二者的再结晶晶粒组织均为等轴晶,前者的平均晶粒尺寸略大于后者的。二者的织构组分均为H{001}<110>,但后者的织构密度要稍强于前者,正是织构密度上的差异导致了二者Δr值的差异。Effect of intermediate annealing heating rate on microstructure,texture and mechanical property was studied by means of tensile test,optical microscope observation,electron microscope observation and EBSD measurement. The results show that,taking two different intermediate annealing treatments with different heating rates( rapid heating and slow heating) can produce different microstructure with different grain shapes. The strengths and strain hardening exponent n value of the T4P( pre-aging plus natural aging) treated alloy sheet with slow heating intermediate annealing are almost identical to those of the T4P treated alloy sheet with rapid heating intermediate annealing. However,the Δr value is lower for the former case. Additionally,the two sheets are both anisotropic that they have different mechanical properties in different directions. Their recrystallization microstructure is both comprised of equiaxed grains and the average grain size of the T4P treated sheet with slow heating intermediate annealing is slightly larger than that of the T4P treated sheet with rapid heating intermediate annealing. Their recrystallization textures are both comprised of H { 001 } 110 orientation. However,the intensity of the latter is larger than that of the former. The difference in texture intensity between the two sheets finally results in the different Δr values.
