摘　　要：在梳理国内学者观点的基础上,对绿色矿山概念内涵进行了界定;从国家级绿色矿山试点规模和分布、标准政策制定、典型模式示范等方面,总结2007年以来我国绿色矿山试点建设成效及存在的问题,进而提出推进绿色矿山建设建议:(1)以规划为龙头,统筹推进绿色矿山建设;(2)总结制定标准和制度体系,严格资源开发准入和监管;(3)加强典型经验宣传推广,扩大试点成效;(4)创新方式,扩大参与主体,推进绿色矿业发展示范区建设;(5)完善配套政策措施,建立长效激励机制。Based on previous studies on green mine in China, we made a definition of green mine. Then we summarized the successful experiences and problems in construction of pilot national green mines since 2007, which was analyzed in terms of scale and distribution, standard policies making, typical pattern demonstration. Then we proposed some recommendations as follow： Firstly, we should take the planning as a leader and promote the green mines construction accordingly. Secondly, we should summarizes successful experiences of making standard policies and institutional system, and put more effort on supervision of industrial access threshold. Thirdly, we should strengthen the typical successful experience promoting and expand the pilot range. Fourthly, we should make more innovations and broaden the participation areas, promote the construction of green mining demonstration area. Fifthly, we should polish the supportive policies and measures, and establish the long-term incentives system.
