摘　　要：目的探讨真实世界中疏血通注射液临床用药特征，为合理安全用药提供参考。方法利用全国18家三甲医院信息系统数据，采用频数分析法描述使用疏血通患者的年龄、性别、职业、适应症。利用Apriori算法、Clementinel2．0软件建立疏血通与其他药物合并使用的相关模型，得出疏血通常用的合并用药种类。结果疏血通的目标人群多为中老年人，男性多于女性；常用剂量范围是2～6mL，常用溶媒是0．9％氯化钠注射液，常用给药途径是静脉注射；临床上多用于心脑血管疾病；与抗凝及血管扩张类药物联合使用居多，如阿司匹林、肝素、硝酸异山梨酯、氢氯吡格雷等。结论疏血通注射液的使用方法多遵循药品说明书，但在使用剂量、溶媒等，特别是合并用药方面仍需根据患者实际情况谨慎处理，预防不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of Shuxuetong injection in clinical practice, thus to provide reference for reasonable medication. Methods We collected the clinical information from the information system of 18 nationwide grade-three class-A hospitals. The frequency analysis was carried out for the age, sex, occupation, indications of the patients treated with Shuxuetong injection. Using Apriori algorithm and Clementinel2.0 software, we established the relevant model of Shuxuetong injection in combination with other drugs, and then classified the commonly-used types of drugs in combination with Shuxuetong injection. Results The target population of Shuxuetong injection was for the elderly, and the male was more than the female. Commonly-used dose range of Shuxuetong injection was 2-6 mL, commonly-used solvent was 0.9 % sodium chloride injection, the medication method was intravenous injection, the main indications were cardio-cerebrovascular disease, and the major combination drugs were anticoagulation and vasodilation medicine such as aspirin, heparin, isosorbide dinitrate, and elopidogrel hydrogen. Conclusion Most of the present clinical medication methods of Shuxuetong injection is following the instructions, but for the use of dosage, solvent, especially drug combination, it is still needed to be handledcarefully according to the illness state of patients, thus to prevent the occurrence of adverse reaction.
