拉萨河流域鱼类资源衰退的原因及对策

摘　　要：阐述了拉萨河流域渔业资源保护现状及面临问题,指出拉萨河流域水域污染,水利工程建设造成的生态环境恶化,以及人为过度捕捞、引进外来鱼种是导致土著渔业资源衰退的主要因素;为此,提出以下建议:必须建立适应于拉萨河流域的渔业管理模式,治理环境污染,协调经济发展与资源环境保护关系,加快地方特有鱼类驯化养殖,以保护拉萨河渔业生物资源,维护水域生态安全。Protection status and facing problems of Lhasa River basin were described.The main reason for the declining of hydrobios resources in the Lhasa River was the worse environment caused by water pollution,water project ,over fishing,introducing fish species from abroad.To solve these problems,the following suggestions should be considered in the future.A new type of management suiting the Lhasa River should be established to crack illegal fishing.Water pollution should be controlled and the operation of water project should meet the demand of ecology.Also environmental protection and economical should be coordinated development.And the study of fish reproduction should be strengthened in order to protect the hydrobios resources and water ecology.
