综合管理在减少手术器械包装质量缺陷中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨综合管理在减少消毒供应中心手术器械包装质量缺陷中的效果。方法 于2014年1-12月针对本院手术器械包装质量缺陷的主要原因实施相应的综合管理,分析比较综合管理前、后手术器械包装质量缺陷的发生情况及手术室的满意度。结果 综合管理前、后手术器械包装质量缺陷的发生率分别为1.5%、0.5%,手术室满意度评分分别为（29.72±2.01）、（29.01±1.89）分,前后差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 综合管理能有效降低手术器械包装质量缺陷的发生率,提高手术室的满意度。Objective To explore the quality defects of surgical instruments. application effects of comprehensive management on reducing the packaging Methods According to the main reasons of packaging quality defects of surgical instruments,the comprehensive management was implemented from January to December 2014 in our hospital disinfection supply center.The packaging quality defects and satisfaction of operation room was analyzed and compared. Results The packaging quality defects of surgical instruments before the management was 1.5%,and after the management was 0.5%.The scores of satisfaction of operation room before the management was （29.01±1.89） points,and after the management was （29.72±2.01） points,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive management can effectively reduce the packaging quality defects and improve the satisfaction of operation room.
