摘　　要：高职院校医药专业学生法律素质的培养要从法律知识、法律价值观、法律能力与法律习惯四个方面入手,通过课堂教育与课外教育,校园教育与医院教育,显性教育与隐性教育相相结合,帮助医学生完成从理论到实践,从课堂到病房,从医学生到具备合格卫生法律素质执业者的转变。This paper puts forward the cultivation of medical students＇ legal quality of medical and health in higher vocational colleges, in terms of legal knowledge, legal values, legal capacity and legal habit, through the combination of classroom education and extracurricular education, college education and hospital education, dominant education and recessive education,help medical students to transform from theory to practice, from the classroom to the ward, from medical students to qualified practitioners with legal quality of medical and health.
