摘　　要：目的:探讨优值角度牵引在神经根型颈椎病治疗中的护理及临床效果。方法:对照组采用常规牵引及护理,观察组给予优值角度牵引,配合相应护理措施,观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛缓解、临床疗效。结果:观察组患者疼痛缓解、临床疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在优值角度牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病中,配合相应护理措施可以明显缓解疼痛,进而提高临床疗效。Objective：To investigate clinical effect of taction on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods：the control group was treated with routine traction and nursing. The observation group was treated with superior angle of traction and corresponding nursing measure. The pain relief and clinical effect in the two groups were observed. Results：the pain relief and clinical efficacy in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Superior taction plus corresponding nursing measures can relieve the pain obviously, and then improve the clinical effect.
