针灸治疗周围性面瘫合并无症状性脑梗塞的效果

摘　　要：目的:对针灸在周围性面瘫合并无症状性脑梗塞的临床应用效果进行分析与研究。方法:择选我院2013年11月—2014年11月所收治的44例周围性面瘫合并无症状性脑梗塞患者作为观察对象,对其予以中医针灸治疗,且对其临床治疗效果与MHBN评分加以观察。结果:经治疗后,患者的MHBN评分明显高于治疗前,存在显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对周围性面瘫合并无症状性脑梗塞患者予以中医针灸疗法进行治疗,效果明显,且可在一定程度上改善患者的面部神经,值得在临床上推行。Objective：To analyzea nd s tudy theeffectof acupuncturea nd m oxibustion on p eripheral fa cial paralysis c omplicated with a symptomatic c erebral infarction. Methods： 44 c ases w ith peripheral fa cial p aralysis complicated with a symptomatic cerebral infarction a dmitted to our hos pital from November,2013 to November, 2014 wereselected as ob jects and treated w ith Chinesem edicineacupunctureand moxinustion, and theclinical therapeutic effect and MHBNscores wereobserved. Results：After treatment, MHBNscorewas significantly hi gher t han that beforet reatment, thereweres ignificant di fferences, with statistical s ignificance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Thet herapy of acupunctureand m oxibustion ha s obvi ous effecton peripheral f acial paralysis c omplicated with asymptomatic cer ebral infarction. To certain extent, it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
