摘 要:某多层工业厂房为钢框架结构,二层大跨度楼面钢桁架与钢柱连接采用销轴节点.钢桁架上下弦杆及腹杆均采用H型钢截面,弦杆及腹杆通过特定构造形式的节点域采用销轴与柱伸出的耳板连接.为满足工程设计要求,需要确定其承载性能.根据设计要求和有限元分析结果,对该连接节点设计了4组试件进行试验研究,结果表明销轴节点在设计荷载下处于弹性阶段,破坏阶段仍具有良好的延性,承载性能满足设计要求,可为类似工程参考.A multi-story industrial plant is steel frame structure. In the second floor, pin joints have been adopted for the connections between large-span steel truss of floor and steel columns. H-section steel was applied in upper and lower chords and web members. Pin joints were used to connect joint region with specific construction form of chords and web members to extending ear plates of columns. In order to achieve requirements of engineering design, the bearing capacity of this type of pin joint needed to be determined. According to design requirements and results of finite element simulation, four specimens of this type of connection were designed and used to conduct experimental analysis. The result illustrates that pin joints remain in elastic stage under design load, and when it reach failure stage, it still have good ductility. The bearing capacity of this joint meets the design demand and can be used as refer- ence for similar projects.
