摘　　要：研究了不同浓度GA3浸种对白背紫斑杜鹃和三花杜鹃2种杜鹃种子萌发的影响。结果表明,在50~1 000mg/L范围内,随GA3浓度提高,2种杜鹃种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均不同程度呈先升后降的趋势。白背紫斑杜鹃种子以600mg/L GA3浸种效果最好,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数显著高于对照,萌发时滞、萌发高峰期缩短,发芽持续时间增加;三花杜鹃种子以400mg/L、600mg/L GA3处理最好。Effects of different concentrations of GA3 on germination of Rhododendron triflorum Hook. f.and Rhododendron vellereu were studied.The results showed that the seed germination percentage, germinating energy and germinating index were improved by different treatments of gibberellin concentrations.600 mg/L GA3 could effectively improve seed germination of Rhododendron vellereu, shorten delay time and peak period of germination. Seed germination of Rhododendron triflorurn Hook.f.was the best with 400 mg/L and 600 mg/L GA3.
