摘　　要：目的提升消毒供应质量,实现医疗机构资源共享。方法整合和优化集团物质资源和人力资源;对器械实行集中管理和集中物流配送,对临床基础包和部分专科包实行标准化配置;采取业务管理办法、质量双控模式、信息化管理、运营与成本核算运作方法,制订区域化运作流程。结果区域化供应后清洗、包装质量合格率提高(P<0.01),标准包配置后品种数量减少(P<0.01)。结论区域化消毒供应中心的创建可以提高集团内外消毒供应质量,提升工作效率。Objective To improve the quality of disinfection and supply, and achieve the integration of resources across medical institutions, Method The measures included integrating the material resources and human resources of each supply room within group, standardizing the based packages and specialized u- nits, applying business management, two control mode of quality, information management and operating cost accounting methods, making specification of regional processes. Results The quality of washing and package increased（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The number of varieties of standard package after configuration was decreased （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Integrating operation mode can promote the quality of disinfection supply inside and outside of group, and improve work efficiency.
