头皮静脉采血在新生儿疾病筛查中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨头皮静脉采血在新生儿疾病筛查中的应用效果。方法将行新生儿疾病筛查的200例新生儿按单双月采血分为观察组和对照组各100例,双月采血为对照组,行足改良式足跟采血采集血标本;单月采血为观察组,行头皮静脉采血采集血标本。结果观察组新生儿采血时间、疼痛评分、采血部位瘀血率均低于对照组,一次采集成功率、标本送检合格率和患儿家长满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论头皮静脉采血应用于新生儿疾病筛查,可提高血标本一次采集成功率及血样本合格率,减轻患儿疼痛,宜在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of scalp venous blood sampling in neonatal disease screening. Method Totally,200 newborns in the neo- natal disease screening were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 100 cases each group,heel blood collection method was used in the control group,which blood sampling oeeured in even months. Scalp vein blood sampling method was applied in the experimental group,which blood sampling oc- cured in odd months. Results The blood sampling time, pain score, blood stasis parts were lower in the experimental group than those of the control group, The success rate, qualified rate of blood sample inspection and satisfaction of parents were higher in the experimental group than those of the control group （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of the scalp venous blood sampling into neonatal disease screening can increase success rate of blood sore- pling and qualified rate of blood samples and reduce pain. And it＇s worthy to promote in clinical institutions.
