宫腔镜下治疗子宫内膜息肉致不孕患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜息肉致不孕患者经宫腔镜治疗的临床效果。方法选取山东日照市人民医院妇科2011年1月至2013年5月确诊的100例子宫内膜息肉致不孕患者,在患者知情同意的前提下,将患者随机分为两组,其中观察组50例患者经宫腔镜电切除手术,对照组50例患者进行临床观察,对两组患者的月经量及妊娠情况进行随访。结果观察组患者1年和2年内妊娠率分别为28%和66%,显著高于对照组10%和24%,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的月经量无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者平均月经量为(128±71.04)mL,显著低于对照组患者(252.50±96.43)mL,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜对于子宫内膜息肉的治疗具有重要价值,宫腔镜下电切除术是治疗子宫内膜息肉致不孕的理想方法。Objective To analyze the clinical effect in patients with endometrial polyps lead to infertility by hysteroseopic treatment. Methods From January 2011 to May 2013, in rizhao people＇s hospital of department of gynaecology. 100 cases of endometrial polyps, upon the patients informed consent, were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients in the observation group were treated by hyst＇eroscopic resection operation, 50 patients of the control group were given clinical observation, make follow-up of patients in the two groups about the menstruation and pregnancy. Results I years end 2 years of pregnancy rate of the patients in the observation group were 28% and 55%, which was significantly higher than 10% and 30% of the control group, there was significent difference （P〈0.05）. Menstrual blood volume in patients of the two groups had no significant difference before treatment （P〉0.05）; after treatment, the average menstrual quantity of the patients in the observation group was （128 ± 71.04）mL, which was significantly lower than （252.50± 96.43）mL in the control group, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hysteroscopy has important value for the treatment of uterine endometrial polyps, hysteroacople electric resection is an ideal method in the treatment of uterine endometrial polyps lead to infertility.
