探讨一次性乳胶手套在老年心血管病患者早期康复护理中的应用疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨一次性乳胶手套在老年心血管病患者早期康复护理中的应用疗效。方法 选择我院心血管内科2012年6月至2013年6月住院的30例老年心血管病患者,其中男性17例,女性13例,病程为3-17年,年龄在62-81岁,平均（72.6±6.2）岁,将患者随机的分为观察组和对照组,每组15例,对照组患者按心内科护理常规进行护理,观察组患者在心内科常规护理的基础上早期进行吹一次性乳胶手套呼吸功能的练习。结果 观察组患者肺部并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义,同时观察组患者平均住院时间短,疗效好,患者对医务人员的满意度明显高于对照组。结论 老年心血管病患者早期进行吹一次性乳胶手套呼吸功能练习,能有效减少患者肺部并发症的发生率,同时一次性乳胶手套取材方便,成本低,经济实用,乳胶手套弹性好,反复吹起不易爆破,安全可靠,另外吹一次性乳胶手套方法简便,容易掌握,适合各个文化层次的病员,值得在临床工作中广泛推广。Objective Explore the curative effect of the disposable latex gloves on the elderly cardiovascular disease patients in the early rehabilitation nursing process. Method Select 30 elderly cardiovascular disease patients hospitalized in our hospital Cardiovascular Department from June 2012 to June 2013, from which male 17 cases, female 13 cases, course of disease 3-17 year, age 62-81 years, average age （72.6±6.2） yesrs. Divide the patients into observation group and control group random, each group has 15 cases, give the control group patients cardiology routine nursing care, give the observation group patients practice to blow the disposable latex gloves based on the practice observed on the cardiology routine nursing care in the early stage. Results In the observation group the incidence of the pulmonary complications in patients was obvious lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant, meanwhile the observation group have shorter hospital stay time, better curative effect and better satisfaction to the medical staff. Conclusions Practice to blow the disposable latex gloves in order to strengthen the respiratory function in the early stage can help the elderly cardiovascular disease patients reduce the incidence of the pulmonary complications. Meanwhile the disposable latex gloves can be easily obtained, the good elasticity makes it safe and reliable. Without doubt that it is economical and practical. Besides, as the method to blow the disposable latex gloves is simple, it can be easily grasped by all cultural level patients, so this method is worth to be popularized in the clinical work.
