木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨木丹颗粒对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:糖尿病周围神经病变患者62例分为两组,所有患者控制饮食,合理运动,口服降糖药物或给予胰岛素控制血糖:治疗组32例,口服木丹颗粒3次/d,1袋/次;对照组30例,采用甲钴胺治疗3次/d,1粒/次。两组均在治疗8周前后记录总症状。结果:治疗后,两组症状有所改善。结论:在糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗上,木丹颗粒具有较高的安全性,疗效非常显著。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of patients of Mudan granule.method:on diabetic peripheral neuropathy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in 62 cases were divided into 2 groups, all patients were the control diet, reasonable exercise, oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin to control blood sugar: given a treatment group of 32 cases, 3 times a day oral Administration of Mudan granule, a 1 bag; control group of 30 cases, with Mecobalamin 3 times a day, 1 pills each time. In the 2 group were recorded before and after treatment of 8 weeks total symptom. Results:after treatment, two groups of symptoms have improved. Conclusion the Mudan granule is effective and safe in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
