健脾益肾排毒方对CKD3期患者肾脏保护作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾益肾排毒方对CDK3期患者肾脏保护作用。方法:将60例CDK3期患者随机分成试验组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组应用常规的方法进行治疗,试验组加用健脾益肾排毒方治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后肾小球滤过率(e GFR)、血肌酐、血尿素氮以及患者的生活质量和对治疗的满意度。结果:治疗后两组患者e GFR、血肌酐、血尿素氮分别与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组生活质量、治疗满意度与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肾排毒方对CDK3期患者肾脏有保护作用,可提高患者生活质量。Objective： To investigate the protection on kidney of Patients with chronic kidney disease（CKD） in 3 period by using Jian Pi Yi Shen Pai Du prescriptions. Methods： 60 patients which conform to the CKD3 diagnostic criterias were dividing into the control group（n =30）and the treatment group（n =30）,randomly. The control group are given the comprehensive treatment,while Jian Pi Yi Shen Pai Du prescriptions are added to the treatment group which are based on the comprehensive treatment.Both of the two groups are observed for 8 weeks.The clinical effects,including estimated glomerular filtration rate（e GFR）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,serum creatinine（Scr）,and the improvement of the quality of life before and after the treatment were observed. Results：The total effective rate、the indicators of quality of life a in treatment group patients were statistically significant（P0.05）,compared with control group. e GFR,Scr,BUN in treatment group and the control group were statistically significant（P0.05）,compared with the same group before treatment. Conclusion：Jian Pi Yi Shen Pai Du prescriptions can improve the clinical curative effects,reduce the rising speeds of Scr and BUN and improve the quality of life.
