匹多莫德、转移因子联合CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察匹多莫德、转移因子联合二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将120例尖锐湿疣病例随机分成三组,每组40例,所有患者用二氧化碳激光去除疣体,治疗组分别加用匹多莫德、转移因子,治疗时间为三个月。结果:治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两治疗组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:匹多莫德、转移因子联合二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣有效率高,安全性好,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the cilnical efficacy of pidotimod,transfer factor in combination with carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods：The 120 cases of condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into three groups,40 cases in each group. The treatment groups were added with pidotimod,transfer factor after the warts had been eliminated by CO2 laser.The course of treatment of the both groups for condyloma acuminatum was three months. Results The cure rate in the treatment groups were significantly higher than that in control group（P 0.05）. No significant difference between the two treatment groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion：It is effective and safe for useing pidotimod,transfer factor in combination with carbon dioxide laser to treat condyloma acuminatum,which is worth for clinical promotion.
