复方丹参滴丸和消心痛、恬尔心治疗无症状性心肌缺血的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的：探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗无症状性心肌缺血的疗效。方法：选择154例经冠脉造影确诊为冠心病的病例,随机分为复方丹参滴丸（A）、恬尔心（B）、消心痛（C）组,治疗前及治疗后1~3个月动态心电图监测平均缺血阵次（IN）、ST段移位幅度平均值（STD）、持续时间平均值（EADI）、心肌缺血阈（MIT）、心肌缺血总负荷（TIB）等指标,进行统计分析。结果：三组在治疗前后IN、STD、TMI、TIB差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：复方丹参滴丸、消心痛和恬尔心均能显著减轻无症状性心肌缺血的程度,复方丹参滴丸和恬尔心在减少无症状性心肌缺血次数及缺血总负荷方面的疗效优于消心痛。Objective： To evaluate the effect of compound danshen dropping pill in the treatment of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia.Methods： 154 cases with coronary heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography were randomly divided into compound danshen dropping pill（A）,diltiazem（B）,and isosorbide dinitrate（group C）.The IN,AECG,STD,EADI,MITand TIB indexes before treatment and 1 to 3 months after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results： There were significant differences between the three groups in IN,AECG,STD,EADI,MITand TIB indexes before and after treatment（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Compound danshen dropping pill,isosorbide dinitrate and isosorbide dinitrate can significantly reduce the extent of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia.Compared with isosorbide dinitrate,compound danshen dropping pill and isosorbide dinitrate can reduce asymptomatic myocardial ischemia number and the total load,and iis of good curative effect.
