摘　　要：高校党组织作为我党的基层组织,在党建工作中具有举足轻重的作用。在新形势下,我党提出建设学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党(以下简称为"三型"政党)的目标和任务,高校党组织要肩负起自身的重大使命,努力开展"三型"党组织的建设工作,为提高我党的建设提供坚强有力的保证。Being the grass - root organizations of the Party, the Party organizations in colleges and universities play important roles in the Party construction. Under the new situation, the Party put forward the goal and task, namely construction of learning, service, and innovation - oriented Marxist ruling party （hereinafter referred to as the Three Orientations）. Therefore Party organizations in colleges and universities should shoulder the important mission of their own, and strive to carry out the construction work of Three Orientations to provide a strong guarantee for enhancing the construction of the Communist Party of China （CPC）.
