摘　　要：目的建立测定地塞乳膏中醋酸地塞米松含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C18柱（200mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇∶水=65∶35,流速为1.0m L·min^-1,检测波长为240nm。结果醋酸地塞米松在0.006-0.09mg·m L^-1浓度范围内,线性关系良好（r=0.9998）,测得平均回收率为99.06%,RSD为0.34%。结论本法准确可靠,可用于醋酸地塞米松的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for content determination of Dexamethasone Acetate in Dexamethasone Acetate Cream. METHODS HPLC was carried out on column of Eclipse XDB-C18（ 200 mm ×4. 6mm,5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（ 65∶ 35） with flow rate of 1. 0m L·min^- 1,and the detecting wavelength was at 240 nm. RESULTS The linear range of Dexamethasone Acetate was 0. 006 - 0. 09mg·m L^- 1（ r = 0. 9998） and the average recovery was 99. 06%,RSD = 0. 34%. CONCLUSION This method is reliable and accurate for the quality control of Dexamethasone Acetate Cream.
