米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术三联治疗稽留流产的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究分析米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术三联治疗稽留流产的临床疗效。方法将选取2012年2月-2014年6月来我院就诊治疗的108例稽留流产患者,随机平分为对照组和观察组,并根据产妇产次在各组中将产妇分为初产组与经产组两个子组,对照组采用口服己烯雌酚联合清宫术治疗,观察组采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术三联治疗,统计比较两组患者的平均手术时间、术中出血量、术中宫颈软化及扩张比例等这些手术相关指标及人工流产综合征发生率,1次清宫率差异。结果观察组患者的平均手术时间、术中出血量,明显低于对照组患者,而术中宫颈软化及扩张比例显著高于对照组,P〈0.05;观察组人工流产综合征发生率为0%,1次清宫率为96.3%较对照组20.4%的人工流产综合征发生率及61.1%的1次清宫率具有明显优势,P〈0.05;在初产妇与经产妇方面,初产妇的平均手术时间、平均出血量相对高于经产妇,P〈0.05。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术三联治疗稽留流产不仅具有较高的安全性,同时临床疗效也更佳,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Mifepristone and Misoprostol combined with curettage in treating missed abortion patients. METHODS 108 missed abortion patients were selected in our hospital from February 2012 to June 2014,randomly divided into control group and observation group,and each group divided into primiparous group and multiparous group. The control group patients were taken diethylstilbestrol combined curettage treatment,observation group patient were taken Mifepristone and Misoprostol combined with curettage,comparing the mean operative time,blood loss,intraoperative cervical softening and dilatation proportion of these syndrome related indicators and the abortion syndrome incidence rate,clearing uterus with one time of two groups. RESULTS The mean operative time,blood loss of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group,and intraoperative cervical softening and dilatation proportion were significantly higher（ P〈 0. 05）,abortion syndrome rate of observation group was 0%,the rate of clearing uterus with one time was 96. 3%,which had obvious advantages when compared with 20. 4% abortion syndrome rate and 61. 1% rate of clearing uterus with one time in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. For early maternal and maternal,The average operative time and average amount of bleeding of early maternal were relatively higher than the maternal（ P〈 0. 05）. CONCLUSION Mifepristone and Mrsoprostol combined with missed abortion curettage triple therapy not only has high security,but also has a better clinical efficacy,worthy of clinical application.
