摘　　要：目的探讨藻酸双酯钠治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的疗效。方法选取我院收治的400例慢性肺源性心脏病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各200例。同时给予两组常规治疗,并在常规治疗的基础上给予观察组藻酸双脂钠治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率明显大于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传统治疗的基础上给慢性肺源性心脏病患者藻酸双脂钠治疗可取得良好的治疗效果,且该方法安全性高,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To study the clraical effect of polysaccharide sulfate in the treatment of chronic cor pulmonale. METHODS 400 cases of chronic cor pulmonale patients were selected from our hospital as the research object,and then randomly divided into control group and observation group,200 cases in each group. While giving regular treatment in both groups,observation group receiving polysaccharide sulfate on the basis of conventional treatment therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. RESULTS On the basis of the traditional treatment for patients with chronic cor pulmonale, Polysacchartde Sulfate treatment can obtain good therapeutic effect. CONCLUSION This method is worthy and of clinical application,and high safety.
