摘　　要：文章以绿色住宅小区满意度评价体系为基础设计调查问卷,选取武汉市部分小区的用户进行问卷调查,同时引入模糊综合评价法来测算用户满意度,用量化的满意度说明其适用性,最后从政府、建筑企业、物业管理企业三个参与主体出发,多角度地探讨提高绿色住宅建筑适用性的相关建议。In this paper, the design of questionnaire was based on the evaluation system of green residential satisfaction and selected users who were from part of the residential districts in Wuhan to have questionnaire investigation. At the same time it introduced the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure users＇ satisfaction, using quantitative satisfaction to explain the applicability. Finally, from three participants that the government, construction enterprises, property management enterprises set out, this paper discussed relevant suggestions to improve green residential building applicability from several angles.
