台商投资大陆区位选择的变量选取研究

摘　　要：本文通过对台商投资大陆区位选择历史变迁的分析,得出在不同的历史阶段台资企业的区位偏好有显著差异。在此基础上探讨台商投资大陆区位选择的变量选取,选取台资企业对大陆各省区的投资额为被解释变量,选取市场规模、工资水平、技术水平、基础设施、政策因素、集聚因素为解释变量。通过对被解释变量的界定,得出台资企业投资大陆各省区的金额与市场规模、技术水平、基础设施、集聚因素预期呈正相关,与工资水平、政策因素预期呈负相关。Based on analysis of historical change of regional selection of Taiwan Residents investment in Mainland, we found that the regional preferences of Taiwan Residents appear significant differences in different historical stages. And then this paper discussed variables selection of regional selection of Taiwan Residents investment in the Mainland of China. It selected the amount of Taiwan Residents investment in the Mainland provinces as dependent variable, using market size, wages level, technical level, infrastructure, policy factors, and agglomeration factors as independent variables. The research showed that the amount of Taiwan Residents investment in the Mainland provinces had a positive correlation with market size, technical level, infrastructure, and agglomeration factors. What＇s more, it found that the amount of Taiwan Residents investment in the Mainland provinces had a negative correlation with wages level and policy factors.
