摘 要:将聚羧酸系、氨基磺酸系与萘系减水剂按不同比例加入到金属油罐全寿命防腐蚀材料体系中,结果表明,添加量为1.0%的聚羧酸系减水剂减水效果最好。进行聚羧酸系减水剂改性金属油罐全寿命防腐蚀材料的常温养护、紫外老化和盐水浸泡试验,结果表明,当聚羧酸减水剂添加量为1.0%时,其力学性能改善最为明显。铲去防腐蚀涂层,进行紫外老化与盐水浸泡试验,结果表明,没有添加聚羧酸系减水剂的金属板表面均受到不同程度的腐蚀,而减水剂添加量为1.0%的金属板表面几乎保持完整。Three types of water reducers (polycarboxylate, aminosulfonic acid and naphthalene series) were added in different ratios to life-time anti-corrosion material of metal oil tanks. The results showed that polycarboxylate series had the best decreasing water effect with additional amount about 1.0%. Then the experiments of normal temperature conservation, ultraviolet ray aging and saline soak were perpormed , it was found that the anti-corrosion material showed marvelous mechanical properties with additional amount about 1. 0 ~ of polycarboxylate series. The metal plate surface without adding polycarboxylate series showed different levels of corrosion in the experiments of ultraviolet ray aging and saline soak, but the metal plate surface with adding about 1.0% of polycarboxylate series nearly kept completed.
