个体化舒适护理在电子鼻咽纤维镜检查患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在电子鼻咽纤维镜检查患者中的应用方法和效果。方法将2013年5月至2014年5月于我科鼻咽纤维镜室行电子鼻咽纤维镜检查的患者220例按时间先后顺序分为对照组和舒适护理组(各110例),观察比较2组患者在检查过程中的心理及一次性完成检查率、患者满意度、舒适度等情况。结果舒适护理组患者的紧张恐惧感较强烈者占40.9%,一次完成检查率为92.7%,患者满意率96.4%;对照组患者紧张恐惧感较强烈者占76.4%,一次完成检查率为75.5%,患者满意度为89.1%。舒适护理组在舒适、患者满意率及一次性完成率方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行电子鼻咽纤镜检查的患者实施个体化舒适护理可提供患者舒适性、满意度及检查一次完成率。Objective To investigate the feasibility of comfortable nursing in patients underwent electronic nasopharyngeal fiberscope.Methods From May 2013 to May 2014,220 cases of patient with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who underwent electronic nasopharyngeal fiberscope in our department were divided into control group and comfortable group（110cases for each）according to their hospitalized dates.Patient satisfaction rates,ratio of patient having sense of fearing as well as the rate of one-time completion were compared between two groups.Results In comfortable nursing group,40.9% of patients had a strong sense of fearing,92.7% of patients were able to complete the examination in one time and 96.4% of patients were satisfied with their experiences compare to76.4%,75.5%,and 89.1 %in the control group.The comfortable nursing group was better than control group in terms of Patient satisfaction rate,ratio of patient having sense of fearing as well as the rate of one-time completion,the differences between two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients who underwent fiberscope,the using of individualized comfortable nursing can decrease patient＇s sense of fearing,increase patient satisfaction rate and one-time completion rate of the examination.
