摘　　要：目的观察红细胞沉降率(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)对髋关节结核手术愈后的影响。方法选取手术治疗的髋关节结核患者79例:其中髋关节结核患者46例为对照组,术前给予抗结核治疗至ESR<40mm/1h后手术;髋关节结核患者33例为试验组,对于ESR<85mm/1h的患者直接行手术清理,ESR>85mm/1h的患者给予化疗药物治疗控制ESR<85mm/1h再行手术清理。比较2组术中术后总出血量、一期愈合率、术前术后Harris评分、复发率。结果术后2周患者髋关节疼痛均得到明显缓解。2组术中术后总出血量、一期愈合率、术前术后Harris评分及复发率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ESR对于髋关节结核术后功能恢复无明显影响,髋关节结核手术治疗可不考虑ESR指标。Objective To investigate the influence of erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）of postoperative heal in joint tuberculosis and to determine the factors correlating with the prognosis.Methods Totally 79 patients accepting surgical treatment for tuberculosis of the hip joint were selected in our department.Among them,46 hip joint tuberculosis patients were enrolled as control group,preoperative period given anti-tuberculosis treatment to ESR40mm/1h after surgery,and 33 hip joint tuberculosis persons served as experimental group.The patients of the ESR 85 mm/1hunderwent debridement surgery.The patients with ESR85 mm/1h were treated with the chemotherapy and operation treatment until after ESR85 mm/1h.The total blood loss before and after the operation,primary healing rate,preoperative and postoperative Harris score,recurrence rate of two groups were compared.Results The joint pain was significantly alleviated in all patients postoperative two weeks.Total blood loss,Ⅰ stage heal,the recurrence rate and preoperative and postoperative Harris score all showed no significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There was no obvious influence on the function recovery after hip joint tuberculosis surgery and tuberculosis of the hip joint does not consider ERS indicator.
