摘  要:目的:建立不同产地水线草的超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)指纹图谱,并对其混淆品白花蛇舌草进行鉴别应用。方法:采用UPLC法,色谱柱为ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),以甲醇-1%冰醋酸梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,流速0.2 m L/min,检测波长254 nm。指纹图谱采用相似度分析和主成分分析。结果:建立了水线草药材的专属性指纹图谱,确定了15个共有峰。各产地水线草药材指纹图谱相似度均超过0.85。结论:该指纹图谱重复性好,简便可靠,可用于水线草药材的专属性鉴别,有效区别水线草及其混淆品白花蛇舌草。Objective: To establish the UPLC fingerprint of Oldenlandia corymbosa from different regions and to distinguish it from Oldenlandia diffusa. Methods: UPLC procedure was performed on an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18( 50 mm × 2. 1 mm,1. 7 μm) column and eluted with a mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid at a flow rate of 0. 2 m L / min. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. A matrix was constructed for similarity evaluation,cluster analysis and principle component analysis. Results: The collected samples had a good similarity. A specificity fingerprint chromatogram was produced and 15 common peaks were designated. Samples were divided into four groups. Conclusion: It is a reliable and available method for specific identification of Oldenlandia corymbosa and for distinguishing Oldenlandia corymbosa and Oldenlandia diffusa.
