摘　　要：目的建立归芪消白胶囊中二苯乙烯苷和丹皮酚的含量测定方法。方法采用Kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长:320 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温:35℃,进样量:10μl。结果二苯乙烯苷和丹皮酚在5.0~200.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内与峰面积均呈良好线性关系,二苯乙烯苷和丹皮酚的平均回收率分别为97.1%、96.2%,RSD均为3.4%。结论本方法简便、快捷,可作为归芪消白胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of stilbene glucoside and paeonol in Guiqixiaobai capsules.Methods The samples were analyzed on a Kromasil Cl8（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm）column eluted with acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase in a gradient model.The flow rate was 1.0ml ·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 320 nm,and the column temperature was 35 ℃.Results The linear response range was 5.0-200.0 μg·ml^-1 for stilbene glucoside and paeonol,the average recoveries（n = 9）were 97.l%and 96.2%,respectively,and the RSD was both 3.4%.Conclusion A simple accurate and reproducible method is established for simultaneous determination of stilbene glucoside and paeonol in Guiqixiaobai capsules.
