摘  要:目的研究金线莲Anoectochilus candidus的HPLC指纹图谱。方法以Agilent TC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为260 nm,体积流量1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃。结果在色谱指纹图谱中,确定了22个共有峰,建立了金线莲的共有模式,并利用高分辨LC-MS/MS方法对22个共有峰中的7个色谱峰进行了定性鉴别。采用该方法测定10批不同产地的金线莲药材,其相似度均在0.9以上。同时也对该指纹图谱检测方法进行了验证。结论该方法结果准确、重复性好,为全面评价金线莲药材的质量提供了依据。Objective To establish the chromatographic fingerprint analysis for the quality of Anoectochili Roxburghii Gemma Terminalis. Methods The separation was performed on an Agilent TC-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a gradient elution composed of methanol and water. The detective wavelength was at 260 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Results Twenty-two characteristic peaks were established in the fingerprint. The mutual model of Anoectochili Roxburghii Gemrna Terminalis was established and the similarities were calculated. Seven chromatographic peaks among twenty-two common peaks were identified by LC-MS/MS. Ten batches ofAnoeetochili Roxburghii Gemma Terminalis were determined and the similarities were above 0.9. Conclusion The method is accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Anoectochili Roxburghii Gemma Terminalis.
