摘  要:目的研究降钙素原联合超敏C-反应蛋白检测在新生儿细菌感染性疾病早期治疗中的临床实用价值。方法将2014年1月至2014年6月汕头大学医学院附属粤北人民医院收治的108例新生儿分为两组,非感染组45例,感染组63例;分别对两组新生患儿治疗前血清的降钙素原和超敏C-反应蛋白含量进行定量检测,对检测结果进行分析。结果两组降钙素原和超敏C-反应蛋白测定结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);降钙素原在新生儿细菌感染性疾病诊断中所表现出的特异性高于超敏C-反应蛋白,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二者联合使用在诊断中的特异性高于其中任何一种单独检测。结论降钙素原联合超敏C-反应蛋白能够更早期、更灵敏、更准确地诊断新生儿细菌感染性疾病,在新生儿细菌感染性疾病早期诊断治疗中有重要意义。Objective To study the clinical practice of procalcitonin combined with high sensitivity C-reactive protein levels detection in early treatment of neonates with bacterial infectious diseases. Methods One hundred and eight neonates in Yuebei People's Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shantou university from January 2014 to June 2014 were divided into two groups.There were 45 patients in non-infection group and 63 patients in infection group. The serum procalcitonin levels and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein before treatment were quantitatively detected and the test results were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in procalcitonin and high sensitivity C-reactive protein between the two groups( P〈0. 05); procalcitonin in diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infective diseases demonstrated higher specificity than high-sensitivity c-reactive protein,and the difference was significant( P〈0. 05). The specificity in combined use of diagnostic was higher than either singles. Conclusion Procalcitonin combined with hypersensitive C-reactive protein can diagnose neonatal bacterial infectious diseases earlier,more sensitive,more accurate and it has important significance in early diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases in the newborns.
