护理风险管理对神经外科高血压脑出血住院患者皮肤损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨风险管理在高血压脑出血住院患者的应用效果。方法随机选择风险管理前（2008年1月至2009年12月）在我院神经外科住院治疗的100例高血压脑出血患者和风险管理后（2010年1月至2011年12月）我院神经外科住院治疗的100例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象，根据有无实施风险管理分为常规护理组和护理干预组，常规护理组患者仅给予常规护理措施，而护理干预组则根据经验总结高血压脑出血患者风险种类而制定的护理干预措施进行护理，比较常规护理组和护理干预组患者风险管理前后皮肤损伤率、基础护理合格率和患者及患者家属对护理服务的满意度。结果常规护理组和护理干预组患者在皮肤损伤方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），且护理干预组患者的基础护理合格率和患者及患者家属对护理服务的满意度均明显高于常规护理组（ P〈0.05）。结论风险管理可明显减少高血压脑出血患者皮肤损伤的发生，提高基础护理质量和患者及患者家属对护理服务的满意度，改善患者的预后，值得进一步推广应用，能促进我国护理事业的快速发展。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing risk management on skin injury of hypertensive cer-ebral hemorrhage hospitalized patients. Methods A total of 100 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage hospital-ized patients before risk management （ January 2008 to December 2009 ） and 100 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after risk management （ January 2010 to December 2011 ） were selected. The usual care group wasgiven conventional care measures, the nursing intervention group was treated risk management. The rate of skin damage, pass rate of basic nursing, and the satisfaction degree of patients and their families between the two groups were com-pared. Results There was significant difference of skin damage between the two groups （ P〈0. 05 ） , the pass rate of basic nursing, and the satisfaction degree of patients and their families were higher than those of usual care group （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions Risk management can significantly reduce the occurrence of skin lesions of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients, and improve the basic quality of nursing and the satisfaction degree of patients and their families, improve patients＆#39; outcomes.
