摘 要:随着我国稀土矿资源的过度开采和利用,风化壳淋积型稀土矿的品位呈逐渐下降趋势,造成稀土提取过程浸出液体积大,回收稀土浓度低及后续处理负荷大等一系列问题。风化壳离子型稀土资源的稀缺性迫切需要研究开发新型提取工艺,以提高稀土的综合利用率。本文介绍了富集技术,特别是利用HD325离子交换树脂对风化壳淋积型稀土矿的低浓度浸出液进行了回收稀土的工艺技术研究。探讨了HD325树脂吸附稀土络阴离子的动力学,揭示了吸附和解吸的化学反应过程。研究结果表明:HD325离子交换树脂对稀土络阴离子吸附过程的速度控制步骤是液膜扩散与颗粒内扩散共同控制的作用,该类型树脂在酸性介质中能充分吸附硫酸铵浸出液中的低浓度稀土,且盐酸能够较完全解吸树脂中的稀土离子,从而达到回收低浓度稀土的目的。Weathering crust type rare earth ore grades showed a gradual downward trend with excessive exploitation and utilization of rare earth resources in China,which resulted in a series of questions such as large leaching liquid,low rare earth content and heavy subsequent processing load. Research and development of new extraction technology to enhance comprehensive utilization of rare earth were in urgent due to the scarcity of weathering crust type rare earth resource. An enrichment technique was described in this study.Specifically,HD325 ion exchange resin was used to recover rare earth from the low-concentration leaching liquid of weathering crust type rare earth ore. The kinetics in the adsorption of rare earth complex anion by HD325 ion exchange resin were discussed,and the chemical reactions of adsorption and desorption were revealed. Results showed that the speed control step in the adsorption process was jointly determined by the liquid film diffusion and the intra-particle diffusion. The resin could fully adsorb the low concentration rare earth from the ammonium sulfate leaching liquor in acid media,and hydrochloric acid could completely desorb the rare earth ions in the resin. Thus,the purpose of rare earth enrichment was achieved.
