摘  要:以中国省域单元为例(因资料有限,未涉及港、澳、台地区),构建城镇化和生态环境系统评价指标体系,运用PCA模型测算城镇化及生态环境系统综合值;其次通过耦合协调模型来揭示2000--2012年省际城镇化和生态环境系统耦合协调空间演化规律;最后有针对性地提出区域协调发展优化策略。结果表明:1)2000~2012年省际城镇化与生态环境系统耦合协调度呈现上升态势,耦合度C值[0.5,0.8],总体处在磨合阶段;而系统协调度D值[0.3,0.5],总体处于中度耦合协调状态;2)省际城镇化与生态环境耦合协调具有显著地域空间分异,东部地区整体上高于中西部地区;3)未来东中部地区需要进一步优化产业结构,提升区域发展环境;而西部地区等需要进一步强化区域发展的基础设施、技术人才等要素投入,将生态环境优势转化成区域发展优势,实现未来我国区域可持续发展。31 provinces in china were taken as the research object,urbanization and ecological environment evaluation index system was constructed,PCA model was used to measure the urbanization and the ecological system comprehensive value; based on the coupling coordination model,provincial urbanization and ecological environment coupling characteristics and spatial pattern evolution during 2000 - 2012 were revealed. Finally,regional development optimization countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. The results showed that: 1the coupling of urbanization and ecological environment was in [0. 5,0. 8 ],on the whole in the running- in stage.While the coordination degree was in [0. 3,0. 5],it generally belonged to moderate coupled coordination. 2Coupling and coordinate of provincial urbanization and ecological environment had significant spatial differentiation,the eastern coastal area as a whole was higher than the central and western regions. 3 the eastern region need to further adjust the industrial structure,improve the ecological environment of urban development,and the western region need to further strengthen urban development restricting factor such as infrastructure,technology,talent,and put ecological environment advantage into urban development advantage.
