摘　　要：目的:探讨雌激素补充治疗改善宫颈癌术后卵巢功能丧失患者生活质量的效果。方法:追踪2002年9月—2012年9月在深圳市人民医院经手术及辅助治疗后的宫颈癌患者216例,对经检验、评估进入绝经期者经排除禁忌后,自愿接受性激素治疗者135例,以随机数字表法分为经皮及口服雌激素补充治疗组,其中经皮组69例,口服组66例。于治疗前、后对2组患者进行生活质量评估、药品不良反应检测及雌二醇检测。结果:与治疗前比较,2组患者的血清雌二醇水平均显著升高、Kupperman评分均显著降低、生活质量均明显改善(P<0.01),2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且2组的安全性均较好。结论:卵巢功能是影响宫颈癌患者术后生活质量的因素之一,可通过对宫颈癌患者进行卵巢功能监测和相应激素的补充治疗来改善患者的生活质量。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the effect of estrogen replacement therapy on the postoperative quality of life of patients with loss of ovarian function after undergoing operation for cervical cancer.METHODS：216 patients with cervical cancer undergoing operation and receving adjunctive therapy in Shenzhen Municipal People＇s Hospital from Sept.2002 to Sept.2012 were followed up.Among the patients who were confirmed to be in menopause and of no contraindications, 135 voluntarily received sex hormone therapy and who were randomized to two groups, with 69 cases received estrogen replacement therapy percutaneously versus 66 orally.The quality of life of the patients before and after treatment, the adverse drug reactions and estrodiol level were followed.RESULTS：After treatment, the patients in both groups showed significant increase in estrodiol level, significant reduction in Kupperman score and significant improvement in the quality of life as compared with before treatment （ P〈0.01） , yet the differenes between the two groups were not statistically significant （ P〉0.05） .Both group showed good safety.CONCLUSIONS：Ovary function is one of the factors associated with the postoperative quality of life in patients undergoing operation for cervical cancer, and their quality of life can be improved through monitoring ovary function and using of hormone replacement therapy.
