昆明医科大学附属延安医院活血化瘀类中药注射剂应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解昆明医科大学附属延安医院(以下简称"我院")活血化瘀类中药注射剂的应用情况,评价该类药使用的合理性。方法:通过我院医院信息系统,提取2012—2014年活血化瘀类中药注射剂的品种、销售数量、销售金额等信息,采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量、用药频度、限定日费用等作为评价指标,客观分析该类药的结构与用药是否经济、合理。结果:3年中,我院活血化瘀类中药注射剂的品种数、销售金额、用药频度和限定日费用基于稳定,销售金额与用药人次的同步性较好。结论:我院活血化瘀类中药注射剂的使用基本合理,但也存在一些不合理用药,需相关管理部门、医师和临床药师共同参与,进一步加强该类药物的合理使用。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of the traditional Chinese medicine injections （ TCMIs） for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis in Yan＆#39;an Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University （ hereinafter referred to as“Our Hospital”） from 2012 to 2014 and evaluate the rationality of drug use of this type of drugs.METHODS： Using hospital information system, the TCMIs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis in our hospital during 2012-2014 were statistically analyzed in respects of drug varieties, consumption sum and consumption quantity etc, and by using defined daily dose, DDDs, and defined daily cost （ DDC） as as indexes as recommended by World Health Organization, the economy and rationality in the structure and the drug use were analyzed.RESULTS：Over the three years, the TCMIs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis were stable in varieties, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC, with consumption sum and DDDs showing good synchronization.CONCLUSIONS：The utilization of TCMIs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis in our hospital was basically rational yet it far from perfect, therefore, the co-efforts of the related management department, physicians and clinical pharmacists are still needed to strengthen the rational use of this type of drugs.
