参芎葡萄糖注射液辅助治疗渗出型急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参芎葡萄糖注射液辅助治疗渗出型急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法:纳入四平市中心人民医院2010年10月—2014年10月经胰腺CT明确诊断的渗出型急性胰腺炎患者206例,均无严重的心脏病、肾脏病等并发症,以抽签法随机分为治疗组、对照组各103例,均予以急性胰腺炎的常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗,观察2组患者腹痛缓解时间、尿淀粉酶检测指标恢复情况、住院时间、并发症发生情况以及1年内复发率。结果:治疗组患者腹痛缓解时间、尿淀粉酶检测指标恢复情况、住院时间、并发症发生情况以及1年内复发率均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芎葡萄糖注射液辅助治疗渗出型急性胰腺炎有明显疗效,能减轻患者痛苦,加快急性胰腺炎的恢复,缩短住院时间,减少并发症,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE：ABTRACT To investigate the efficacy Shenxiong Glucose Injection as adjuvant therapy for exudative acute pancratitis.METHODS：From Oct.2010 to Oct.2014, a total of 206 patients with exudative acute pancratitis as confirmed by CT scaninging （ but without severe complications such as heart diease or renal diease etc） in Siping Municipal Central Hospital were randomized to either treatment group or control group of 103 cases each.All the patients received routine therap;however, the treatment group received add-on Shenxiong Glucose Injection.The time to abdominal pain relief, recovery of urine amylase indexes, hospital stay, complications and recurrence rate within 1 year in the two groups were followed.RESULTS：The time to abdominal pain relief, recovery of urine amylase indexes, hospital stay, complications and recurrence rate within 1 year in the treatment group were significantly better than in the control group, showing statistically significant differenes between the two groups （ P 〈0.05 ） . CONCLUSIONS： Shenxiong Glucose Injection as adjuvant therapy showed remarkable efficacy for exudative acute pancratitis in that it can relieve patients＆#39;suffereing, promote the recovery of acute pancreatitis, shorten hospital stay and reduce occurrence of complications, therefore its use is worthy of clinical recommendation.
