摘　　要：目的:通过对四川省成都市第二人民医院(以下简称"我院")麻醉药品与第一类精神药品使用情况进行动态分析,进一步提高我院癌痛规范化治疗水平和合理用药水平。方法:从医院系统收集2011—2013年麻醉药品与第一类精神药品用药信息,计算各麻醉药品与第一类精神药品销售金额占全部麻醉药品与第一类精神药品销售金额的构成比、采用用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用、药物利用指数等指标进行分析。结果:我院麻醉药品与第一类精神药品中,舒芬太尼注射液销售金额居首位;3年DDDs处于动态变化过程,提示医院合理用药呈持续改进趋势。结论:我院基本按照世界卫生组织推荐的《癌症三阶梯止痛法》及美国国立综合癌症网络成人癌痛指南合理用药,并且在"癌痛规范化治疗示范病房"创建活动中,逐步提高了麻醉药品与精神药品的临床合理应用水平。OBJECTIVE：To analyze the use of narcotics and the first class psychotropic drugs in Sichuan Chengdu Municipal Second People＇s Hospital （ hereinafter referred to as the “our hospital”） during 2011-2013 in order to further improve the the level of standard and rational use of drugs for cancer pain.METHODS：The consumption data of narcotics and the first class psychotropic drugs in our hospital during 2011-2013 retrieved from the hospital information system were analyzed with regard to the proportion of each narcotic drug or psychotropic drug in total narcotics or the first class psychotropic drugs in terms of the consumption sum, DDDs, defined daily cost and drug utilization index.RESULTS：Among the narcotics and psychotropic drugs, sufentanil injection ranked first in terms of consumption sum over 3 years;DDDs was in the process of dynamic change, indicating that hospital rational drug use level was in continuous improvement process.CONCLUSIONS： The use of narcotics and the first class psychotropic drugs in our hospital is basically in line with the“three ladder analgesic treatment for cancer pain” principle and the“national cancer center network guidline on rational drug ue for adult cancer pain”.Furthermore, the rational use level of narcotics and the first class psychotropic drugs in our hospital has been improving ever since the establishment of the “demonstration ward on standardized treatment of cancer”.
