摘 要:声动力治疗(Sonodynamic Therapy,SDT)作为一种具有特异性和选择性杀伤肿瘤组织的无创新型治疗手段,近年引起越来越多专家学者的兴趣。研究证实SDT有治疗实体肿瘤、白血病、动脉粥样硬化、消除增殖性瘢痕和杀灭病原微生物的潜力,是一种具有广泛应用前景的新型治疗方法。笔者通过查阅2012~2015年SDT相关文献,从SDT的治疗机制、超声能量大小和频率的探索、声敏剂的发展、SDT的应用、SDT治疗与光动力治疗(Photodynamic therapy,PDT)的比较、SDT的现状与展望六个方面介绍了SDT治疗的研究进展。Sonodynamic Therapy( SDT),a new and non-invasive treatment that kills cancer cells specifically and selectively,has increasingly aroused the interests of more and more experts and scholars in recent years. Plenty studies show that SDT has the potential to treat solid tumor,leukemia and atherosclerosis,remove proliferative scars and kill pathogenic microorganism. As a newly developed treatment,SDT has an extensive application prospect. This thesis aims at making an informative introduction on SDT. With the assistance of related literature from 2012 to 2015,the writers introduce the progress of SDT research in six aspects: the therapeutic mechanism of SDT,exploration of the size and frequency of ultrasonic energy,development of the sound sensitizer,application of SDT,comparison between SDT and PDT( Photodynamic Therapy),and current situation and future of SDT.
