钟以泽运用托里透毒法治疗痤疮的学术思想

摘　　要：钟以泽主任医师对常见病和多发病痤疮有较为独到的见解,提出气虚无以扶阳,阴虚无以制阳的气阴两虚或阴虚火旺的状况,更使毒气不能外出,日久不愈。尤其是久治不愈反复发作的情况认为是中医治疗上的疑难杂症。托毒法虽为古疮疡之法,但不仅限于疮疡,运用于痤疮本证型的治疗均体现在"托"、"扶"、"透"、"解"四字之中,宜为其数十年的学术经验总结。ZHONG Yize chief physician has more unique views about the common and frequently occurring disease acne. Qi- deficiency fails to help Yang,Yin- deficiency fails to control Yang,deficiency of both Qi and Yin and hyperactivity of fire due to Yin- deficiency condition is even more so that Qi can＇t go out,causing the disease does not heal. Especially recurrent persistent situation is that traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the difficult miscellaneous diseases. Lifting poison method although the ancient sore of the law,but are not limited to sore,used in the treatment of acne syndromes are embodied in four characters of the＂Lifting＂,＂Nourishing＂and ＂Penetration＂and ＂Healing＂,it is summarized as decades of academic experience.
