电针不同穴位对功能性腹泻大鼠血清和组织中GASSS的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察不同穴位处方电针对功能性腹泻大鼠血清和组织中GAS、SS含量的影响,探讨电针治疗功能性腹泻的机理。方法:将SD大鼠50只随机分为5组,即正常组、模型组、电针Ⅰ组(取双侧天枢、大肠俞)、电针Ⅱ组(取双侧曲池、上巨虚)、电针Ⅲ组(取单侧天枢、大肠俞、曲池、上巨虚),模型对照组以番泻叶灌胃建立大鼠模型,电针各组分别按穴位给予电针治疗,每组连续治疗10天后检测血清和组织中GAS、SS的变化。结果:电针Ⅰ组血清和组织中GAS含量明显降低,SS含量明显升高,与模型组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:电针可能是通过降低功能性腹泻大鼠血清和组织中GAS含量和提高SS含量而改善功能性腹泻;电针Ⅰ组作用好于其他两组,说明取天枢、大肠俞治疗功能性腹泻效果更好。Objective： To observe the influence on GAS,SS in the blood serum and tissue by electro- acupuncture at different acupoints in rats of functional diarrhea,to investigate the therapeutic mechanism of electro- acupuncture on functional diarrhea. Methods： Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups： controlled group,model group,electro- acupuncture groupⅠ（Tianshu（ST-25）,Dachangshu（BL- 25） of both sides）,electro- acupuncture group Ⅱ（Quchi（LI- 11）,Shangjuxu（ST- 37） of both sides,electro- acupuncture group Ⅲ（Tianshu（ST- 25）,Dachangshu（BL- 25）,Quchi（LI- 11）,Shangjuxu（ ST- 37） of single side. The model of functional diarrhea rats were established by intragastric administration of senna leaf. Each electro- acupuncture group were treated electro- acupuncture at different acupoints. Braingut petide such as GAS,SS in the blood serum and tissue of rats in each group were determined after 10 days continuously treatment. Results： After electro- acupuncture treatment,the content of GAS decreased obviously and SS increased obviously of the electro- acupuncture groupⅠ in contrast with the model group（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： The mechanism of electro- acupuncture treatment of functional diarrhea may be due to the decrease of braingut petide such as GAS and increase of braingut petide such as SS in the blood serum and tissue of functional diarrhea rats. The electro- acupuncture groupⅠ is better than the electro- acupuncture groupⅡ and Ⅲ,it may be suggested that Tianshu（ ST- 25）,Dachangshu（ BL- 25） is better than other acupoints in treating functional diarrhea.
